Yes. Adoptees are damaged as are the families they came from..... And, yes, these cases are barely the tip of the iceberg. The Hayim Cohen case only came to light because on the boys in his home finally - and anonymouslt - found the courage. In the vast majority off cases, victims of abuse suffer in silence and the abusers get away with it. It taks most abuse victims a lifetime to gather the strength to confront their experiences. ........................
