The fact that some mothers are unable to care for their child or don’t want to is why I speak of preventing UNNECESSARY family seperations.

Family law in divorce tries whenever possible to afford a child his rightful access to BOTH parents. Adoption however — even open adoption — legally severs the bond with one set of parents for another. The latter is the antithesis of best interest of the child.
